All third and fourth graders have an assignment to submit on January 22nd. They have two weeks to complete the assignment because of MLK holiday on January 15th.
The students need to create a book on clothing. They may use any materials to create the book. It should be at least 12-16 pages. They may do more---up to 20!
They should draw or find pictures in magazines or flyers of models wearing different outfits. Then, they need to describe IN SPANISH the clothing the people are wearing in the drawing or photo. We have been studying clothing vocabulary for several weeks. Actually, the lesson was a review of vocabulary and concepts previously learned. Students have a model sentence to use as an example.
Fifth graders have two paragraphs to copy in Spanish. They are learning to conjugate verbs. We completed the paragraphs in class.
Sixth graders have a worksheet to complete and study for an oral exam. I would like to begin the practice oral exam next month so students have time to practice for the final oral exam in April.
