Grade 6  I completed the oral testing of individual students. The students created sentences using from of the verb, "estar."  I collected their work.  We will discuss these papers next week.  There is NO homework.

Grade 5  Miss Lisa's class only had about twenty minutes of instruction due to a gardening workshop they needed to attend at two o'clock.   I asked the students to finish their sentences with the verb "estar."  They only need to complete the work they began in class, so most students should only need to compose about ten sentences. These sentences should be quite easy for them since they have numerous examples to assist them. They should NOT do the work they did not finish during testing next week.  All sentences need to be completed before testing begins on Monday.

Miss Tucker's Class  Students created sentences with the verb, "estar."   They finished their work in class.  Some students wanted to continue creating sentences outside of class.  This makes me so happy, but there is no homeowork assigned due to testing next week.
